This 2-hour healing experience is an invitation to pause, breathe, and gently release what you’ve been carrying—emotionally, energetically, and spiritually.

We’ll begin with a grounding guided meditation to bring you into the present moment, followed by Reiki energy healing to support balance, restoration, and energetic flow. The ceremony will close with an intentional letting-go ritual, allowing you to consciously release what no longer serves and create space for peace, clarity, and renewal.

This is a safe, heart-centered space. No experience is necessary—only a willingness to show up as you are.
