About the event
In this 2-hour experience, we gather in a safe and supportive circle to release what’s been held in the body, open the heart, and return to our natural rhythm.
We’ll begin with an intuitive blessing, followed by guided meditation to ground and center. From there, we share ceremonial cacao to gently open the heart, allowing us to drop deeper into the experience.
The drum circle becomes our medicine—helping to move stagnant energy, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect you to your own inner flow.
No experience is needed. This is not about performance—it’s about presence.
